Relocation of Rotary Foam Moulding Machine, CNC Foam Saws, and Manufacturing Machinery from Trefforest to Pencoed.
Portacover where sub contracted by our Project Partner to Relocate for the second time the Foam seat cushion moulding machine, which consisted of a 9m Diameter Carousel, Mould Machinery, Robots and Safety Fencing, the machine was dismantled into segments, removed from the factory then transported to the new facility. Portacover undertook the whole of the lifting and mechanical dismantling of the machine setting out and reassembly.
